Open 24 hours, holidays too
About Tigard Emergency Plumbing
We are a local plumbing service built around one promise: when water is where it should not be, you can reach a person at any hour and get a plumber out the same day.
Who we are
A Tigard plumbing service that picks up the phone
Plumbing emergencies rarely happen during office hours. A pipe splits on a cold night, a sewer line backs up on a holiday weekend, a water heater fails before work on a Monday. We set this business up so that every one of those calls reaches a person.
Our address is 9750 SW Tigard St in Tigard, in the 97223 ZIP code, and our phones are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. When you call, we help you limit the damage first, usually by finding and closing the main water valve, and then we send a plumber the same day.
We work on homes and businesses across Tigard and the communities around it, from the older houses near Main Street and Fanno Creek to the newer streets on Bull Mountain, and out to King City and the towns next door.
What we stand for
Three things you can count on
A person answers, 24/7
Nights, weekends and holidays. No phone tree and no waiting for an office to open.
Same-day emergency service
Call with a burst pipe or a sewer backup and we give you an arrival window that day.
Homes and businesses
Residential and commercial plumbing, from a single kitchen sink to a restaurant drain line.
How we work
What happens on every call
- We ask what is happening and help you shut off the water if it is still running.
- We give you an arrival window and come out the same day for emergencies.
- We find the cause and explain what affects the cost before any work starts.
- We fix the problem, test the repair and show it to you before we leave.
Prices depend on the job, so we do not quote before we have seen it. The plumbing cost guide explains what moves the price.
Local knowledge
Plumbing in Tigard
The typical Tigard home was built around 1988, and many near downtown date from the early 1970s, so a lot of the pipe we work on has been in place for 35 to 50 years. Tigard's water comes from the Clackamas River through the Lake Oswego-Tigard Water Partnership, and Clean Water Services runs the public sewer. The private sewer line from a house to the public main belongs to the owner.
Hard freezes are not common here, which is why they catch people out. The January 2024 ice storm was one of the worst in about 30 years, and burst pipes hit homes and businesses across the Portland area.
Services
What we fix
- Burst Pipe Repair: Split copper, cracked PEX and frozen lines that let go after a cold snap. We stop the flow and replace the bad run.
- Repiping: Old galvanized or failing pipe swapped for new lines, one section or the whole house.
